Version 13.0.0 of the standard released 🎉

Some highlights are:

  • The Prelude’s JSON type now supports storing unlimited precision integers

  • The merge keyword now works on Optional values

  • Hexadecimal literals (e.g. 0xFF) are now supported

  • Several fixes and improvements to the Prelude
